Your Girl Friday founder, Tara Stone, moved to Alpena in 2013 from Clinton Township, Michigan to fulfill a mission:​

To help people regain quality time with friends and family.

Northeast Michigan has so much to offer no matter the season. Often times our daily commitments and chores get in the way of enjoying our surroundings or spending time with our loved ones. My goal is to help remove those obstacles so that you have more time to create memories.

I have years of experience in serving Alpena and its people. I have helped families and business owners by running errands, cleaning, yard work, and generally removing the stress of their day. I continue to specialize by training for Covid-19 and Home Health Aide Certification.

My planning and organizational skills have been honed through my service to our community. I am an active volunteer with the Alpena Chamber of Commerce and the A-Team. I have served the Brown Trout Committee, DDA, Adult Activity Center and am active in novice fitness in the state of Michigan through the National Physique Committee.
